Breathwork with Bodywork & Energy Healing (2 hours)


This 2-hour session is a deeply supportive journey into the body, breath, and subtle energy field—designed to help you release emotional blockages, regulate your nervous system, and return to your natural state of balance and connection.
We begin by gently landing in the body with a brief check-in and grounding touch. You’ll then be guided into a conscious connected breathwork journey—an active, meditative breathing technique that helps you move beyond the mind and access the deeper layers of stored emotion and energy. This breath-based process supports trauma release, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation.
Throughout the session, I incorporate intuitive bodywork, using techniques drawn from fascia release, craniosacral touch, and gentle somatic therapy. Specific areas of the body—especially those holding tension or emotional memory—are supported through intentional touch to guide the release and integration process.
Alongside the breath and bodywork, I work with energy healing tools such as Reiki and prana flow, to clear stagnant energy, support emotional clarity, and realign your energetic body. The combination of breath, touch, and energy creates a safe and potent space for transformation.
