About Me.

Nine years ago, a severe nervous system exhaustion and eventual breakdown marked the beginning of my personal journey of self-discovery. When I slowly started to come out of my first “dark night of the soul” — with the help of medication, but without truly understanding what had happened to me — I gathered the courage to leave everything behind and travel to Asia, eventually landing in Bali.

That’s where the search really began. For years, I explored different healing modalities, working with various practitioners and trainings, trying to understand what had happened to my nervous system and how to truly restore balance.

The turning point came in 2020, when I attended my first private breathwork session. The experience was incredibly intense — almost psychedelic — bringing immediate insights and, more importantly, a deep sense of safety that allowed me to continue my inner work.

Since then, breath has become the first tool I turn to whenever I face challenges, nervous system imbalance, or exhaustion. It brings me back into my body quickly and helps reset my nervous system.

Over the following years, I continued exploring other therapeutic modalities, including hypnotherapy and plant medicine. My first plant medicine session opened another layer of healing, allowing me to access deeper parts of my past and integrate experiences that had been stored in my system for years. Since then, I have worked with plant medicine in many therapeutic settings and have experienced firsthand its powerful potential when approached with intention, respect, and proper guidance.

 

Alongside these experiences, I studied various bodywork and somatic therapy techniques with several teachers. At the beginning of 2024, I finally found a breathwork training that deeply resonated with me — a method that is incredibly gentle yet highly effective, integrating conscious breathing with bodywork, craniosacral techniques, and subtle energy work.

Today, I intuitively weave these elements into my private and group sessions. My work focuses on helping you feel safe in your body again, relearn how to relax, reconnect with your emotions, and gently work through deeper layers of stored physical and emotional tension when you are ready.

Depending on the individual process and readiness of the client, my work can also include carefully held plant medicine journeys as part of a broader therapeutic and integration-focused approach.

My sessions are trauma-informed and intuitive, combining conscious breathing, bodywork, energy work, and grounded guidance in a safe and open space.

I currently offer sessions in English and Hungarian in person in Budapest and Bali
