This deeply restorative 3-hour session is designed to support women in healing the often unspoken emotional, physical, and energetic trauma held in the body after a Cesarean section. Working on the nervous system, fascia, breath, and subtle energy field, this session gently opens a pathway for release, reconnection, and integration.

We begin with Access Bars, a powerful technique to quiet the mind, release subconscious patterns, and prepare the body for deep healing. This is followed by intuitive fascia massage and bodywork focused around the C-section scar, pelvic region, and other related areas where tension, numbness, or emotional memory may be held.

As the fascia begins to soften and unwind, we transition into conscious connected breathwork—a gentle yet potent practice that helps release stuck trauma and emotions from the body’s deeper layers. Breath and touch work together to access the somatic imprints left by surgery, anesthesia, disconnection from the womb space, and the often-overlooked grief or shock surrounding the birth experience.

Throughout the session, we work with the nervous system—including the vagus nerve—to support regulation, safety, and integration. The final part of the session invites you into deep relaxation through subtle energy healing, Reiki, and craniosacral-inspired touch, allowing your system to recalibrate and return to a place of peace, presence, and embodiment.

This session is held in a safe, nurturing space and is especially recommended for those who have undergone a C-section—recently or years ago—and feel ready to reconnect with their body, release what’s been held, and gently reclaim their power and softness.

“The breath opens what the mind protects.”
